Opened a 2015 Liquid Farm Chardonnay before seeing Honey Don’t! tonight. The wine poured a beautiful golden yellow. It showed its age but still looked alive in the glass. First impression was how balanced it felt: pear and citrus right at the core, carried by a clean acidity. There’s some heft on the mid-palate, enough to give it substance, but it never tips into heaviness.
This isn’t a wine that’s going to evolve further, but it’s in a great place right now—fresh, precise, and enjoyable. I’d expect it to hold here for another 3–5 years without losing much of what makes it special.

I thought they make good wines but they were a bit too sweet and oaky for my palate. I prefer a leaner style of wine.
Awesome producer!
