I was really nervous cause the biggest board I’ve made prior to this was for 5 people and I let portion sizes get away from me here. Please give me tips & suggestions for next time!

    Wow! No tips or suggestions, I just wanted to say your board looks fabulous! I love the way the wheel of brie is cut up into the diamond pattern.

    I would try to keep the portions around bitesize. That’s my only advice, op.. It’s just easier to handle for the guests.
