I went to the Trecena supper club that they hold after hours at Santa Masa Tamaleria a few times a month. It was a wonderful meal and I highly recommend.
- Prawn a la plancha with watermelon gazpacho (not pictured). I snapped the pic before they poured the broth and a prawn hands when they did 🙃
- Fideos seco with giardiniera
- Carne asada with brown butter mole negro and a cheese stuffed tamal
- Leg of lamb with tzatziki and chickpea mash
- Sponge cake with peaches and brown butter crumble
