In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground turkey, tomato paste, garlic, zucchini, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Get your hands in there – this is the fun part! Mix until everything juuuust comes together. Be careful not to overmix the ingredients into a sticky paste as that may lead to tougher patties. Now, make a ball of all the meat and place on a flat surface. Make your hand flat and gently karate chop the ball in half, making 2 sections. Then do the same thing to each half, leaving you with 4 even sections. Form each section into a round patty.Heat about 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the 4 burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked through. Now, it’s time to assemble your burgers. Place the cooked burgers on the bottom half of one bun, then build the burger of your dreams with any toppings you love! Enjoy!
