So I really want to start a grazing table business, but have no idea how to start, what to offer, or how to price it. Any tips?

Also, how much would you pay for this?

    Just remember to charge an appropriate amount! Don’t lowball yourself, you want to make a profit AND pay yourself for your time and labor. Your price for customers may vary based on where you are located and what your costs are. In my HCOL, I could see something like this for several hundred dollars.

    What did you pay for ingredients and how many people do you expect to serve for this amount of food. Who are you marketing towards and how much labour is involved. They are some considerations I would think about and sketch out some answers.
