Used a 5 gallon bubbler. Very happy with the consistency and heat level. Going to dehydrate the solids as keep as a sidecar for the sauce.

    The 5 gallon bubbler you mention and showing the photo – that’s to ferment? Is that fermenting in vinegar or salt water (brine)?
