Honestly, nothing beats a good pork chop. I love beef, but right now if you are on a budget it just isn’t very worth it.

Pork chops are great – I often prefer them to steak. What I really love about them is they have a pretty neutral flavor and can be done almost any style, like I love putting fruits on top like a chutney. I also used to really love “pork chops and apple sauce”. Just remember that “the other white meat” was marketing bullshit and nutritionally it’s about as harmful as red meat.
