Tucked away on Bend’s westside, Cotto Italian Street Food delivers on quality and flavor that makes you feel like you’ve sat down at a bistro in Italy. 

Co-owner and chef, James Fink, operates the food cart with his wife and brother, and has a long career working in kitchens himself. Having lived in Bend for several years and working at various restaurants, James found a need for Italian food you can take to-go in Central Oregon. 

Emily Kirk recently visited with Cotto Italian Street Food and tried their spin on a caprese salad, chicken parmesan sandwich and something called arancini.
