Tatler Dining proudly returns with its signature Off Menu food festival—your favourite event is back and with some juicy twists and turns to boot! Our much-awaited two-day culinary celebration is set to take place on September 12 and 13 at the Grand Ballroom of Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, so save the date! This year, for the first time ever, we invite an international guest chef to join our delicious Off Menu lineup. Barry Quek of the celebrated restaurant Whey in Hong Kong will join 16 of the Philippines’s acclaimed chefs. They will come together, just for Off Menu 2025, to create an extraordinary seven-course menu, designed exclusively for Tatler Dining.

For two evenings only, diners will witness rare chef collaborations, each dish a unique creation never before served in their restaurants. These imaginative plates are crafted to surprise, inspire, and ignite your passion for food. Meticulously paired chef teams will push the boundaries of flavour and technique, ensuring an experience that exists only within Off Menu’s walls.
