  1. Recipe-
    1 cup water
    2 tbsp salted butter
    2 tbsp sugar
    Bring this all to a rolling boil , then immediately add-
    1 cup maida
    1/2 tsp vanilla essence
    A pinch of baking soda
    2 tbsp hung curd

    Mix everything together till it leaves the side of the pan.

    Transfer to a piping bag with nozzle, and fry them in medium hot oil.
    Don’t overcrowd.

    Coat with cinnamon sugar and it’s good to go.
