  2. So many utensils.
    Just slice garlic thinly and eat the soup as it is with the broth.
    Instead of soup u ended up making puree by putting it in the mixer.

  3. BROCCOLI ALMOND SPINACH SOUP
    (Serves 2)
    Details below ⬇️

    Ingredients:
    Olive oil – 1/2 tsp
    Garlic – 3-4 cloves
    Onion – 1
    Soaked Almonds – 14-16
    Broccoli – 12-14 florets
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper – ½ tsp
    Water – 2-3 cups
    Spinach – 7-8 leaves

    Blend all of this together after cooking for 10 mins.

    Reheat after blending to serve hot ✨ & garnish this with chilli flakes & parmesan cheese
