    Hummus is canned chickpeas, a bit of the aquafaba, EVOO, tahini, lemon juice, & salt. All to taste. Blended. Topped with sumac.

    Peppers are sautéed in avocado oil for about five minutes (flipped halfway) then sprinkled with a bit of salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
