Picked up this 3 vent Weber for $35. No holes minimal rust as it was covered. Came with a pair of charcoal rails.

Chicken was marinated overnight in Wishbone Italian dressing. A little bit of salt and pepper on the skin and on the grill. Hickory chunks on Kingsford blue. Smoked till 155f in the breast. Was very tasty.

For God’s sake, where are you? Surprised that someone didn’t roll off with your chicken, which looked awesome btw!! Ah, I get it Canada eh. Keep up the Happy grilling.

Nice! Not sure I’d put the temperature control on the ash catcher though. Hot coals can easily melt that screen!

If there are homeless people anywhere near your neighborhood, your cooks are up for kidnap.

Do yourself a favour and get a “replacement” ash catcher.

Looks great! Nice golden skin! I have a spatchcocked chicken dry brining in the fridge now! It’s gonna be smoked tomorrow (48 hours total to dry that skin).
