Half a bundle of buckwheat soba is about 150 calories, the dipping sauce is about 30 calories, and with a 200 calorie vegetable pajeon on the side you have a refreshing 380 calorie meal!! With a side of fresh salad and salted salmon is great too!!
Buckwheat noodles have a good amount of fiber and some protein in them- they keep me full for a while!

    Loooove soba, it feels like a cheat code that you can eat noodles that are actually good for you. I love quickly boiling some shrimp (boiling vs frying cuts down on oil) for some added protein!
