Norwegian Salmon Skewers with Orange Sauce & Stone-Baked Bread 🍊🐟

Ingredients: 700g Norwegian salmon fillet, 4 oranges, 2 lemons, 4 garlic cloves, 4 tbsp mustard sauce, 4 tbsp honey, paprika, salt & pepper, 400g wheat flour, 1 lettuce, parsley, dill, spinach, 1 red cabbage, 2 radishes, 4 tbsp olive oil, 7 mushrooms, 7 tomatoes.

Steps:

1. Remove salmon skin & cut fillets.

2. Make an orange-lemon sauce with honey, mustard & spices; marinate salmon.

3. Prepare wheat dough with warm water & bake on hot stone.

4. Skewer salmon & grill with tomatoes for 20 min.
