Trying out an eye of round on the rotisserie. Ambient temperature is about 400 and some potatoes underneath for the drippings.

No point in rotisserie if the pan is blocking the heat source.

I think a lot of us don’t use that rotisserie enough. We just bought a house maybe 2 years ago in AZ with the outdoor kitchen. Wasn’t until we were in the house over a year that I realized they didn’t put an outlet by the grill for the rotisserie. Gas? Yes. Water? You betcha!! So now I have to ghetto an extension cord if I want to use it.. SMFH…
