🥪 “Tuna” salad made of mashed chickpeas, diced celery and red onions, pickle and lemon juice, and Hellmann’s lighter than light mayonnaise (170 cal) on 4 slices of toasted Royo artisan bread (120 cal)
🍟 Fries were just a medium russet potato (170 cal) in an air fryer! The trick is to simmer the potato slices in water for 5 minutes with some baking soda. Rinse and soak in an ice bath for an hour. Drain and fully let dry then toss in garlic salt and old bay and air fry at 400° for 15 minutes.
Super filling, vegetarian, and clocks in at 460 calories for the whole meal.
