  1. I have rice paper sitting in my cupboard because I just can’t get it to not have the consistency of rubber. Can’t wait to try this alternative xox

  2. I made this. The “pastry “ is great I will defo use this for all sorts. The tofu mix inside was garlicky but a bit bland. I added some mint as well as dill and a little lemon zest. I loved the idea and look of this but I don’t think I’ll
    Be using that filling again. 😢

    On an other note the perfect triangle is a skill! I only managed one that looked like it should 😂

    Edited to add I just had one of the leftovers and throughly enjoyed it cold so I think the tofu mix might be one of those things that taste better once it’s settled, but nope I will be making again after all maybe with a couple of tweaks (more lemon I think and some nooch)

    The “pastry” will make great samosas!
