
My take on the deconstructed Eggroll. Just slaw mix, ground beef, egg, sprouts, and soy sauce. Yum.
222 calories per serving without the egg (missed breakfast so can use the extra calories).
Had a serving and a half once and was stuffed.
Full recipe isn't too complicated. I just don't think to buy ginger, and I'm not a fan of Sriracha.
