
hi! here is my attempt at my first ever meal prep!! it took me a long time because I'm still very slow in the kitchen and I can't multitask haha. it's jasmine rice with toasted sesame seeds, pan-fried salmon, edamame, cucumber, and coleslaw with a homemade dressing (rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil)
what do you guys think? hopefully it'll keep for the next 4 days.
