My first ever Reddit post! But I had to share this meal.
– Salad mixed with hummus (55cal)
– Sweetcorn with a bit of butter (140cal)
– Miniature potatoes roasted with 1tsp of olive oil (140cal)
– Broccoli (26cal)
– Cooked chicken breast (129cal)

I have no clue the amount of protein etc, I don’t track that currently. Probably one of the best volume meals I’ve ever made.
