    Unfortunately, your use of the pressure cooker meant no reduction of the liquid into a thick, dark sauce, which is a large part of what makes three cup chicken delicious.

    Looks great. That said, for authentic 3 cup chicken you need to reduce the sauce to a thick gravy and include Thai basil.
