Hello, any advice to give me for cooking this Saturday in my RÖSLE air F60 charcoal barbecue this piece of beef purchased at Costco. Should it be prepared by putting salt on each side for 24 to 48 hours and leaving it to cool?

    You should marinade that and shove it in the fridge to rest till ready to cook.

    Have any worcestershire sauce on hand? Don’t add any salt because worcestershire sauce is salty by itself, but other seasoning is welcome, like paprika or black pepper.
