

Meatball ingredients: 1lb of ground beef, ginger, bread crumbs, milk, green onions(white part), 1 teaspoon gochujang
Sauce: soy sauce, rice venegar, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, corn starch
425 degrees for 15 minutes with a drizzle of sesame oil without sauce
Put meatballs in the sauce and then put back in oven to broil for 2 minutes
