It feels too good to be true…I had 3 large bowls and am enjoying a fresh hot sweet tea (100 calories), and still have calories left for another glass. Photo is how much soup was left after the 3 bowls.

Sounds reasonable? It might be more accurate if you tracked by weight, but your estimates are in the right ballpark.

Yup, sounds about right. Replace the Italian seasoning with curry, cumin, garam masala and turmeric and you’ve got the base for a great Indian Dal.
This type of soup is generally really low cal, but I always find I’m starving an hour later. If it works for you then that’s great!
