Ingredients:
Eggplants – 350 g (1 pc.)
Cherry tomatoes – 6 pcs.
Mini Mozzarella – 10 pcs.
Curd cheese – 70 g
Greens – a bunch of parsley
Corn starch – 50 g
Vegetable oil – 70 ml (for frying)
Sweet and sour sauce – 1 tsp
Dried garlic – 1/2 tsp
Italian herbs – 1/2 tsp
Salt and pepper – to taste.
