Crazy number of people in here who have clearly never seen fatty tuna. It is delicious and will melt in your mouth like butter. It’s typically MP on a menu, and $14 for all that is solid.
The seared ones are wack as fuck to me, though. Why cook all that delicious fat out of the fish?

When I was in Japan the seared toro was always my favorite, I miss it so much… The cuts in the pic definitely could look more seared and less boiled but I’m sure it still tastes amazing
