When your kitchen feels like a sauna and it’s too hot to cook, the last thing you want to do is stand over your stove or have the oven on. So, let me help you out with this chabata sandwich. It only takes 5 minutes and you don’t need to cook anything. Drizzle with some olive oil or quite a bit. Then whack on some pesto. Just spread it about. Smells so good. Then get some tomatoes and we’re going to cut this into slices. Gets a bit tricky near the bottom. Little bit more. Whack it on. Like this. Salt and some black pepper. And just tear up some mozzarella. Get that on there as well. Plenty of it. Then we can go on with some pushut. Layer it on. Might as well use the whole pack. There we go. Then we can start layering on some salami. One more for luck. A little bit of some rocket. Some balsamic glaze. Finish it off with some fresh basil leaves. Close it up. Is one big sandwich. It’s huge. Cut it in half. Look at that. You know that’s going to be banging. So good. Lovely.
