    That’s delicious! I eat it often every spring and early summer. Occasionally I try to “fancy it up” but I always return to this original classic version. Clean tasting. Requires excellent back-yard cherry tomatoes, however, not flavorless ones from the grocery store. I usually make it with Sun Gold.

    We do this it’s so good! Sometimes we toss the tomatoes in some balsamic and good olive oil and top with fresh basil. So good.

    Oh man! That’s so good. I usually add a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning too and it’s such a game changer. It’s quick but feels kinda fancy for breakfast.
