Myself and, it seems like, many others are battling temperature issues with Searwood. Definitely check your temps if you get one. Mine is consistently 50F below what the grill thinks it is at. Currently working with Weber Support on it, they’ve already sent me a new thermocouple which didn’t fix the problem. Debating on if I should take advantage of Weber’s 100 day return policy and try a different brand.

I know a couple people with this grill and their smokeboost feature is a scam. It claims to hold at 180 and the controller shows a steady 180, but the actual temps are anywhere from 225 to 250. Tom Horseman YouTube also had this issue.
