If you manage to not polish off this entire thing by yourself in one sitting, then you’re a much better person than me. First, we need a dunking tool. So, just toast up some sliced baguette. Then, we’re going to whip some feta with some cream cheese, extra virgin olive oil, and a little bit of honey, too. Then, once that’s nice and creamy, we’re going to spread it on a plate. And the final piece of the puzzle is combining some extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, thyme, garlic, and seasoning. Then, use that to roast your cherry tomatoes and plunk them on the feta. And there you have this whipped feta and roasted tomatoes. It’s so simple, but so delicious. You’re going to absolutely love

  1. Better person? Nah. I just have a sensitivity to gluten and casein. I'd love to eat all of that, and cook about as much as that and always only manage to eat like at most a tenth.
