These have been really fun and productive to grow. Had a friend try one that wasn’t ripe yet and it packed a huge punch. What is the best way to know when they are ready? I have been tugging on a few and they still hold on tight.

When the color hasn’t changed in a day or two, especially if the fruit starts to get slightly soft (it shouldn’t be very soft, just slightly, and this can vary if it’s a thin-walled chile)

Are those not just habaneros? Aren’t kimono dragons longer and red?
