
I have really been liking my prepped smoothies. The saved 3-5 minutes, along with the 20 saved minutes for my prepped lunches in the already chaotic morning makes it worth it.
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1/4 cup ice
The morning of I add 1 cup of almond milk and my prep bags into into the blender and i’m good to go. tastes good, has the little ice and berry flakes and I really like it.
My only thought is (potentially a stupid one) is if the instant coffee loses any caffeine effect by getting wet in the bag.
What smoothie prep ideas am I missing?

Looks good. No idea how it’ll affect the caffeine. Can always add it when you add the milk. I get that’s another added step in the morning though.
I’d probably add a banana (at least half of one) to the mix for the potassium and help feeling fuller longer (fiber).
But it’s decaf coffee?
