ribeye pulled off at 130 and served with rice. Steak was on sale so everything in pic totaled up less than the price of a big mac combo and will last me two days.
Yellow rice with blistered green peppers, white onion, parsley, msg and salt and steak dry brined, seasoned with msg and a little pepper at the end.

I know yall can be funny about Grey bands but this was a thick steak and I didnt feel like tossing it in the freezer before hand or reverse searing to eliminate Grey band on a thicker cut. Taste the same, not as pretty though
