    I know yall can be funny about Grey bands but this was a thick steak and I didnt feel like tossing it in the freezer before hand or reverse searing to eliminate Grey band on a thicker cut. Taste the same, not as pretty though

    Oh yea. We have a Chinese version of this. Seriously the best use for leftover steak. Looks absolutely amazing!! Grats on the cheap price too
