#MoongDalSandwich #ProteinRichRecipe #NoBreadSandwich #HealthySnackRecipe #PaneerSandwich #WeightLossSnack #HighProteinSnack #LowCarbSandwich #IndianSnackRecipe #HealthyBreakfastIdea #EasyIndianRecipes
We have made a crisp and delicious no-bread sandwich that is high in protein In this, there is a filling of paneer and healthy vegetables between the moong dal layers All the layers can be seen clearly Namaskar. Welcome to The Food Funda Today, I will make a protein-rich, healthy, no-bread sandwich We will not use any bread in this sandwich We will make it with healthy ingredients This high-protein, low-carb, healthy sandwich can be made very easily It may be breakfast, light lunch, or post-workout, This sandwich is perfect for all occasions I’ll make this sandwich with skinned moong dal I have taken 1 cup of skinned moong dal – the yellow moong dal First of all, wash it 2-3 times with water This dal is digested easily, and it has a sufficient quantity of proteins, vitamins, and minerals I have washed it thrice and then removed all the water Now, soak it for 3-4 hours in clean water You can soak it overnight as well If you want to make it for breakfast and do not have enough time, Soak it in warm water. It will soften in 1/2 an hour Let’s make a filling for the sandwich I have grated 100g paneer I have added 2 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum Finely chopped carrot, and Grated beetroot They will not only give a good flavour, but they also have many health benefits Add 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves One finely chopped green chilli And, 1 inch of ginger, finely chopped Now we will add some spices Add 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder. It is optional since we are also adding green chillies 1/2 tsp black salt 1 and 1/2 tsp chaat masala In its place, you can add any other spice of your choice, such as peri-peri powder, pav bhaji masala, or any other masala 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchoor) Mix it all properly If you like my video, please click on the like button Please share this video with especially health-conscious people So that this recipe reaches the maximum people If you have not yet subscribed to my channel, please subscribe to it This lentil has been soaking for 4 hours. Its grains have swelled up I have removed all the extra water I will now grind this I will transfer it to the mixer grinder jar Add least amount of water while grinding I have removed all the water. If needed, I will add 1 or 2 tbsp of water to help in grinding I will also gring 1 inch piece of ginger with the lentil and 1 tsp cummin seeds I will now grind it to a smooth paste The paste should have this type of thick consistency I will now add 1 tsp of salt And, 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes You can use chilli powder in its place Mix it properly Today I will make sandwich in this type of sandwich maker This is used on gas. If you want, you can use electric sandwich maker as well Grease it properly with oil, ghee, or butter. Even if it is a non stick toaster, grease it because moong lentil has the tendency to stick to the surface of the toaster Let’s start making the sandwich I am adding 1 tsp of Eno fruit salt to the batter You can add baking soda in its place This makes the sandwich fluffy Quickly mix it all The batter has become fluffy. This give bread like texture Spread this batter to the toaster Spread a thin layer Take some filling and shape it for the sandwich and place it on the batter Spread it to cover all the corners Spraed a layer of batter over it Spread a thin layer We are sandwiching the filling between two layers of moong dal batter We have covered it with moong dal batter Close it and toast it on gas First toast one side on low flame After ytoasting for 2-3 minutes on one side, flip it and toast from the othet side as well I will check if it is cooking properly Yes, it is cooking It has started to change the colour Cover and toast it further I will spread some oil on both the sides to make the sandwich crisp In this way toast it from both the sides on low flame till it becomes crisp One sandwich is ready It is toasted nicely, and is looking very similar to bread I will cut it into halves See Have a look It has moong layers on both the sides, and in between, there is a paneer filling In the same way, make rest of the sandwiches We have made a crisp and delicious no-bread sandwich that is high in protein Serve it with green chutney and tomato ketchup My husband did not realise that I had not used any bread in this sandwich! If you like this type of healthy recipe, I shared a barnyard millet salad recipe in one of my earlier videos Please watch that I will put its link in the description box as well You can click on the link to check the recipe
