I Made Kenji’s Wok-Fried Mahi Mahi with Ginger and Scallions

    This wasn’t the most visually stunning dish in the book so far, but it was really tasty and exceeded ky expectations. I really enjoyed the sauce (took some time to reduce down and I had to push the fish to sides of wok to prevent overcooking). I used Mahi Mahi from Wild Fork which I was happy with, pretty nice product.
