Left bread dough in fridge for 3 weeks by accident, still good for calzones
Just some ricotta inside, tasted like sourdough. I'm on my second one and not dead yet. Rolled thin of course.

I dunno, I think of half moons with stuffing “cavity”when I think calzone, I’m getting more stuffed flat bread vibes. But maybe the rolling it out is what’s throwing off my perceptions.
