    Watermelon Salad Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • Watermelon — 400 g (2 slices about 5 cm thick)

    • Arugula — 20 g

    • Feta cheese — 100 g (crumbled)

    • Dill — 2 sprigs (torn by hand)

    • Red onion — half an onion (sliced into half-

    rings)

    • Cucumber — 1 pc. (diced into small cubes)

    • Salt — to taste

    • Olive oil — 1/2 tbsp.

    • Juice of half a lime

    • Red pepper flakes — to taste

    • Honey — optional (for drizzling)

    Instructions:

    1) Cut 2 slices of watermelon, each about 5 cm

    thick.

    2) In a bowl, mix arugula, crumbled feta cheese,

    torn dill, red onion, cucumber, lime juice, salt, and

    olive oil. Stir well.

    3) Place the mixture on top of the watermelon

    slices.

    4) Optionally, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with

    red pepper flakes.

    5) Serve immediately and enjoy!
