I love it when food is so spicy yet so tasty that you can’t stop eating it. So much so you get “side effects” like the one you mention but they still feel good. I get insane urges to crack my neck and my tongue feels like it’s vibrating
Also, now I want a bahn mi

Banh Mi usually comes with fresh jalapenos. Im not sure why this one came with any thai chili peppers let alone full ones.

When your hearing starts to go is when you know something is spicy. That’s my only tell tale sign now. I eat too much spicy sht. An old head keeps telling me he was the same way at my age and now he can’t eat anything spicy without stomach pain. Level 2 after the hearing loss would be spicy poops the next day, but a lot of inexperienced people get those regardless.
