I've spent some time recently learning how to cook a good steak. I'm maybe a couple weeks in and I am still learning. Today I pulled off what to me was the best steak I've ever made or even tasted.
I took a risk and got a local high $$ thick 30oz T-Bone. I did a 6hr dry brine then reverse sear with crusted misc spices finished on an iron skillet. Small plate was served it up with a tawny port sauce with mushrooms.
How's it look?

Too hard to tell how you did. Will need a taste
Oh wow. That’s gorgeous. Well done. Chef’s kiss
Nailed it, looks delicious
Looks like a good MR TBone to me. Looks like a 22oz, what did you use to season it and I’m assuming you cooked it on a flat top?
Here, I’ll take this while you learn some more 🤓
Smash!
One of the only times I’ve seen a legitimate use/need of two temp probes lol
Did you turn the sharpness up on the first 2 pics? What camera you got cuz that’s clean 🔥🤣
That is a HELL of a crust
