I purchased patties from PJay’s, and I don’t know whether to get baked or frozen so I just got frozen, and I kind of regret it. I put it in the oven for 350F and baked it. But no matter what settings I do, the meat in the middle just stays in the middle and it’s watery / gravy-like. Not sure if this is how it’s supposed to be. The baked ones I see on google reviews look better; the meat isn’t all clumped in the middle and the outer shell looks good.

How can I fix this / bake this ? Should I always be buying baked? Is there a difference in how they bake it? Is PJay’s just naturally watery?
