This incredible lemon pound cake is full of zingy lemon flavor thanks to the abundance of lemon zest in there. Rub your sugar with the zest to get all the oil out. And then we’re going to make the most tender melt inyou mouth cake. The secret is not overmixing the batter. So just stir it together until combined and bake it up until it’s puffed and golden. Once cooled, we’re going to crown our poundake with a zingy and easy lemon icing. Drizzle liberally all over the top of your pound cake. Then you can give it a slice.   1. Rub your sugar with the zest. 🤩 can’t wait to make it. My sister is a pound cake fiend . She toasts hers in butter in an iron skillet and eats with fresh strawberries and plain yogurt. Crazy good. And not a bad breakfast.

  3. Anything lemon… can't go wrong. I love lemonade, lemon pound cake, lemon pudding, lemon meringue pie, lemon cookies, lemon cake/cup cakes…etc. YUM!
