He is such a nice guy. I used to be in radio and George joined me a number of times. We shared a love for Plaza Burgers from Madison. In fact, it was the only “sauce” burger in his first book. I think we hit it off because he sensed I was darn near as crazy as he is about burgers. 😆

Makes you crave another as soon as you step outside. Left me wanting to go back for days. I was also lucky to try one of the burgers from his recent tour in Europe and he never misses.
Whenever people ask me what he does different I can’t really explain. It just hits the spot like other burgers don’t.
