First, make the garlic mint sauce with lots of yogurt, minced garlic, dried mint, pinch of salt, and a good squeeze of lemon juice. Stir till completely smooth. Then, store in a separate container to keep fresh for the entire week. Next, on medium heat, cook onions till golden brown and soft. Then add this simple seasoning mix with garlic and tomato paste. Cook till fragrant. Then add your lean ground beef. Once fully cooked, add extra seasoning and mix till juicy and delicious. In a separate pan, melt light butter. Add paprika, salt, chili flakes, tomato paste, and pasta water. Stir till buttery and fragrant. Finally, serve the pasta with the garlic mint sauce, the juicy ground beef, and your high protein meals are ready to enjoy.

Looks great. The only problem with meal prep like this is that nobody wants to eat 5-day-old pasta
Idk if you take requests but Iβd like to make a suggestion, could you try make a meal prep Haggis Neeps and Tatties?
Id suggest removing the butter sauce and adding more vegetables and seasoning, it will bulk up the dish with virtually no change to the flavor. Looks good tho!
In my house we use Barilla Protein + pasta. Its made with chickpeas but has a standard texture. Its great.
That looks delicious, can you tell me what herbs you used please Iβm going to make this πππ₯³
