Flour: 350 g
Yeast: 5 g
Sugar: 15 g
Water: 35 g
Milk: 80 g
Egg: 1
Cream cheese: 50 g
Salt: 5 g
Olive oil: 25 g
Butter: 50 g
Mozzarella: 200 g
Garlic: 2 bulb (~20 cloves)
Olive oil (filling): 2 tbsp (about 28 g)
Parsley & green onion: a little
Ounces (oz) and Cups (approx):
Flour: 12.3 oz 2 ¾ cups
Yeast: 0.18 oz 1 ½ tsp
Sugar: 0.5 oz 1 tbsp
Water: 1.2 oz 2 ½ tbsp
Milk: 2.8 oz ⅓ cup
Egg: 1
Cream cheese: 1.8 oz 3 tbsp
Salt: 0.18 oz 1 tsp
Olive oil: 0.9 oz 2 tbsp
Butter: 1.8 oz 3 ½ tbsp
Mozzarella: 7 oz 2 cups
Garlic: 20 cloves
Olive oil (filling): ~1 oz 2 tbsp
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 35–40 minutes.

SUGAR 15 G
WATER 35 G
MILK 80 G 1 EGG ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR 350 G
CREAM CHEESE OR ANY CHEESE YOU LIKE 50 G
SALT 5 G
OLIVE OIL 25 G KNEAD THE DOUGH FOR 10-15 MINUTES UNTIL IT’S SMOOTH AND STRETCHY (DO THE WINDOWPANE TEST). LET IT REST FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR UNTIL IT DOUBLES IN SIZE. MEANWHILE, MAKE THE GARLIC FILLING.
YOU CAN BUY A STORE-BOUGHT GARLIC PASTE OR MAKE IT AT HOME: 2 WHOLE GARLIC BULB (ABOUT 20 CLOVES)
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
A PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER
A PINCH OF SALT COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES UNTIL THE GARLIC TURNS SOFT. CHOP SOME PARSLEY AND GREEN ONIONS. ONCE COOLED, BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. ROLL OUT THE DOUGH UNTIL IT’S ABOUT 0.5–1 CM THICK. ADD 50 G BUTTER
SOME GREEN ONIONS THEN LAYER WITH:
GARLIC SAUCE
PARSLEY
MOZZARELLA CHEESE 200 G (OR ANY OTHER CHEESE YOU LIKE) PLACE IT IN A LOAF PAN (MINE IS 20×10 CM). LET IT REST FOR 30–45 MINUTES UNTIL ALMOST DOUBLED. BRUSH IT WITH A BIT MILK AND SALT BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 170°C (340°F) FOR 35–40 MINUTES. OUR CHEESY GARLIC BREAD IS READY.
