    Amazing! If you don’t know what to do with all this, I like to make what’s essentially tomato “candy.” Slice them up, spread out on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper generously, add some chopped garlic and fresh basil, roast in the oven at 250 for a few hours (sorry idk exactly how long)! Turns out amazing to just eat off the pan or puree for sauce!
