A lot of people’s been asking for more cold lunches, so I did take your advice and heated up the tortilla, so maybe it’ll be easier to cut. And we’re going to start off with roasted red pepper hummus, 2 oz. And we’re just going to spread it all over the tortilla. I know a lot of you’ve been telling me what I did wrong. I promise you, I am not the one to make things look pretty or to make things perfect. That’s my wife, Candace. Okay? Mine is to figure out what the boys need as far as protein, carbs, and macros of fats, excuse me, all the macros. And making sure they’re getting plenty of calories cuz your athletes are burning a lot of calories. Often they say, “My son or daughter athlete don’t gain weight because they have a fast metabolism.” Well, they do have fast metabolism, but they’re burning a lot of calories playing sports and they’re not getting enough calories in. So, spread the hummus out. We’re going to do 6 oz of turkey. Yes, that’s a lot of turkey. And then we’re going to do proolone cheese. You can do mozzarella. Provolone is what we had here at the house today. So, we’re going to do 2 oz proolone cheese. And this meal is going to be in total 7 and 30 calories. And we just messed it all up, but we’re going to do it still. 730 calories, and it’s going to be 54 gram of protein, 52 g of carbs, and 27 g of fat. Just about got a finger. And again, I know I didn’t make it look pretty, but these athletes, I don’t know why it’s minnow or what, but they eat it better when it’s just simple bites. So, we’re going to lay this in here. Our other sides is going to be string cheese. And then my wife buys these really neat bags that are better for you. Not as much plastic. And I got hummus all over my f fingers, but this is going to be grapes as well. And that’s going to be their side. So, Packing this up, headed out for the day. Feel your athletes.
