Here is a simple way to cook delicious chicken kebabs. Ingredients: boneless chicken pieces, thighs, or breasts. Cut into chunks. Marinade ingredients: yogurt, lemon juice, oil, garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin, garam masala, salt. Adjust to taste. Optional chopped onions, and vegetables for skewering. Instructions: Marinate the chicken. Mix the chicken pieces with yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, oil, and spices. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor and tenderness. Prepare skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. Optionally intersperse with onion or bell pepper pieces. Cook the kebabs. Preheat the grill oven or barbecue to mediumigh heat about 240° C for 160° F for oven. Grill or bake the kebabs for about 15 to 20 minutes turning halfway through. In the last few minutes, you can brush with butter or oil for extra moisture and flavor. Ensure the chicken is cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 165° F, 74° Serve.
