When I was little I use to eat these strawberry ice cream bars. I remember cake being in the middle of them. Now they do not exist.. Where could i find one’s like this but, they have cake in the middle??

Literally making them right now. The strawberry shortcake (unless you have some memory from pre 1980’s) were a strawberry center (apparently sorbet, trying ice cream) and an ice milk shell with a shortbread crumb and strawberry (held in place by a white magic shell).
I made the ones with the candy bar center and learned, for ice cream novelties you have to use ice milk at least for the outer layer of ice cream, it needs to be able to freeze hard.
