Even if I did not read this sub, I am able to search through prior posts, so I did not need any input to know that a Spirit 315 manufactured in 2023 in near-perfect condition (pictured here with side tables removed for transport) was worth the $115 asking price. Where I live, in NYC, it seems like nothing on FB marketplace is a bargain. Toaster used for 3 years? Priced at 25% below retail. Toaster used for 10 years? priced at 25% above retail and sold as an "antique". But then this: my dad needed a new grill and someone advertised this as "used once" and then stored in a dry garage. They were not kidding. The flavorizer bars have not yet discolored, and they gave me a nearly-full propane tank which they said was the only fuel they ever bought for it. The match lighter is installed on its hook, but is still wrapped in squeaky-clean factory plastic. I don't think the warming rack has been touched by food. The wire brush is new and unused, and the cover has not seen a drop of rain. So I'm here to brag that I finally scored a deal.

That’s how it’s done. I bet too many great deals get missed because post ask about it on Reddit instead of just going to get it. Deal like this, you just gotta get there fast, put cash in hand, and drive off with it.
